I am a qualified Ericksonian Hypnotherapist based in Swindon, Wiltshire.  I use hypnotherapy and analysis to treat a wide range of problems that include habits, phobias, emotional and performance related issues as well as lack of confidence, self-esteem, stress and anxiety.  I studied hypnotherapy at the Cambridge College of Hypnotherapy  in Cambridge, England under the well-known Psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, Josephine Teague. 

My office is in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere and I work on a one-to-one basis with complete confidentiality whilst adhering to a strict code of ethics. I offer a 15 minute free telephone consultation.

My sessions last for 50 minutes and during the consultation I will answer any questions and ease any doubts you might have, allowing you to make an informed decision about how to tailor your therapy to your needs.  Each session is structured to suit your individual needs.  As you progress towards your goals, you will be learning techniques and skills to improve and enhance your life.
